Further Information and Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to have my hair out of extensions and loose for the session and coaching period.
It is preferred that you have your real hair out and in a loose state for the first session. If for any reason you are unable to have your real hair out for the first session, I will need very clear pictures of your hair which shows your hairline, your nape, the top, sides and ends of your hair. I will also need you to part your hair down the centre a take a picture of the top of your hair with the hair parted.
For clients on the one month programme, it is advisable that you either have your hair out or have good access to your hair (by wearing a wig, scarves, head wraps, etc) during the coaching period so that you are able to implement the regimen.
For clients on the on the three month programme, it is advisable that you have your hair out or have access to your hair ( by wearing a wig, scarves, head wraps, etc) for at least two months of the coaching period so that you are able to implement the regimen.
- Does the service include advice about Hair Care Products?
Yes, advice about your current products will be included in your regimen. Product recommendations will also be provided.
- Are hair products provided as part of the service?
No, the actual hair care products are not provided as part of the service however hair care advice will be provided. - When and how is payment made?
- One Month Programme
Full payment is to be made in advance of the session date you choose. Please note the price in Naira fluctuates in line with the exchange rate.
International clients can make payment via PayPal on the booking platform or can complete payment on the Hairducation website by clicking HERE
Clients in Nigeria can make payment via bank transfer. Transfer details are provided on the booking platform. You can also complete payment on the Hairducation website by clicking HERE.
Please aim to make payment within 24 hours of your booking being made. If you are not able to make payment within 24 hours but will be able to do so before your session date this is fine but please leave a comment when booking or send an email to rehairducation@gmail.com stating when payment will be made.Please note your booking will not be secured until payment has been made. Please DO NOT book the service if you do not intend to follow through with payment.
- Three Months Programme
Payment can be made either in full or in instalments. Full or part payment must be made before the programme commences.Please note the price in Naira fluctuates in line with the exchange rate.
For international clients ( clients outside Nigeria), payment is to be made via PayPal. Further details are provided when you sign up.
For clients in Nigeria, payment is to be made via bank transfer. Further details are provided when you sign up.
- Can I change my appointment date?
Request to change session dates will be considered and can usually be accommodated however adequate notice (not less than 48 hours) must be provided. Please note that the new time slot you may want may be unavailable so flexibility on potential new session dates will be required. The rescheduled date must be within one calendar of the original date.
- Where are the sessions held?
The service is an online service and the sessions are completed virtually via WhatsApp Video calls and messages. Skype video calls can also be used. - I have further questions, how can I contact you?
